We took off on an adventure on Sunday to check out a little market in a town about 20km's away named Gembrook. It was a beautiful scenic winding drive, dappled with sunlight and smelling of sweet fresh country air. Gembrook's a gorgeous little town, complete with quaint shops and the end of the line train station for Puffing Billy. The market was small with local crafts and gourmet goodies; we picked up some delicious fresh basil pesto. But the real highlight was the animal farm which Lily adored, she was so curious about all of the animals. Stell and Lily spent alot of time checking all the animals out and even feeding the billy goat. Very exciting.
We bumped into Cindy (and baby in belly), Matt & their kids at the market, it was great to see someone we knew, we'll be locals in no time! On the way home we stopped in at the Daffodil farm and bought a pot of blooming flowers. A really lovely day.
Lily is really enjoying the new home, she is so happy here, I guess it's the new surroundings, dogs, birds & backyard. She is so funny and cute & is still bum shuffling and trying to pull herself up on all of the furniture. Her right top tooth has just started to pop through, chomp chomp.
