Our water tank is half full, which means we have caught 2500 litre's, excellent. Still deciding whether to get it plumbed in by a licensed plumber, or if Stell will do it himself. Plumber: costs heaps, almost outweighs rebate, Stell: no cost, dirty work & no rebate. But we have the water pressure pump, & the valves and taps are in, so some time soon it'll be hooked up to the washing machine.
Stell & I are going to try our hand at cutting our glass splash-back tiles tomorrow (hiring a glass cutter), we only have 4 up on the wall, and it took us literally 3hrs to get them in place. Yep we started tiling from the top down and had to stand holding the tiles in place until the adhesive stuck. We kinda get it now, start at the bottom so you have something to rest on and a straight line already in place :D
Having said that, the 4 tiles we do have up look delicious, I just love the colour.
Oh yeah and we also have 3 new book shelves to piece together and get sorted in the loungeroom, time to kull my book collection.
Second success, first day sleep in the new bed...Yipeeeee! Much excitement yesterday and still night sleeping with Mummy, but small steps will get us all there.
