9 days over 30 degrees and counting, it's getting to the point where we are wishing for rain or just slightly cooler weather. 

We have managed to keep cool mostly but today I really started to feel the heat. Sage & I were outside early getting things out on to the street for hard rubbish next week. We managed to get quite a bit done before retreating back inside to the air con and some beading. 

I amazes me how well the kids cope with the heat. Better than I do. Stell took the kids for a swim at the pool this arvo, while I tidied and folded washing. 

Lily and Sage found these

gorgeous little green heart leaves 

in the garden tonight and laid them out in my room.
