I picked this book up at Kalista market recently and have almost finished reading it to the kids. Amazing how dark some of these books seem to me now as a parent, I used to devour them as a kid, but now find myself wanting to sensor them a little as I read them to the kids!
We also read the Folk of the Faraway tree, which Lily loved. I have a few more classics to share with them too. I love snuggling up reading to my little children, it really is delightful :)
