Happy Daddy's Day

The day kicked off rather early with wild winds swirling around our home and making it tricky for all to slumber. After a 4am wake, Lil, Sage & I finally fell back asleep around 6am, well the kids did, I got up and checked the chicks & the yard for wind damage. Meanwhile Daddy slept in, probably tired after the ski adventure!

Sagey & I ducked off to the shops around 8ish to pick up breaky supplies, home again everyone up & a big hot breaky eaten. Cards and pressies for Daddy were given last night, although Lilly did save another surprise for this morning.

Next up Daddy & the kids head off to Grandma & Grandpa' s to spend a day exploring & catching up. Leaving me blissfully alone to sew, blog, crank tunes & smell the sweet jasmine wafting on the wind :)
