We've outdoors whenever there is a glimmer of sun, with a walk into town and playing at the parks. Stell had a week off from work which went by to quickly. but during that time we manged to get Sage sleeping in his cot again, yay no more rocking the dread pram for hours on end, Sage has even slept through the night for the past 2 nights! Fantastic.
Sagey is so cute.cuddly and inquisitive right now, always following Lily around or scooting along at my heels. He's really investigating his home and getting in to everything he can reach.
Lily has been discovering cupboards and hiding places, and will go off on her own and play for quite some time with her ponies, dolls and torch. She has also made a good friend in Liam, she really looks forward to playing with him. And course she is still my little helper/ shadow.
We gave child care a brief try, well I guess very brief, both kids went for 4 hours and were both very upset when we picked them up. Lily was adamant that she would not return. I can't see the point of pushing her into it for a meager4 hours break a week. Kinder starts next year, hopefully we'll be ready then.
The nights are still chilly willy, but the sun is beginning take the brisk edge off the days. I'm looking forward to spring and gorgeous cherry blossoms in bloom.
